Dan Hennessey
Dan Hennessey is a seasoned political strategist with a proven track record of success in campaign management, grassroots organizing, and digital engagement. Over the years, Dan has led high-profile Republican campaigns across multiple states, bringing a unique blend of strategic vision and practical know-how to each race he touches.
He has served as State Director for both Governor Mike Pence and the Michigan Republican Party, and as Campaign Manager for Greg Pence for Congress. In leadership roles ranging from statewide field director to national strategist, Dan has scaled grassroots programs by 800%, managed teams of over 90 staff across 20+ field offices, and directed record-breaking voter contact efforts that reached millions. His deep expertise in data analytics, communications, and voter outreach has made him a trusted advisor to candidates, advocacy groups, and political organizations alike.
Dan currently lives in the greater Indianapolis area with his wife, three children, and two rescue dogs. When he’s not on the campaign trail, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and cheering on the Steelers and Buckeyes. More than anything, Dan is driven by a deep love for his country and a commitment to building a better future for the next generation.
